Returns & Exchanges

We can refund your order within 10 days of receiving your item if it is in unworn & unwashed condition. You will be refunded the price of the item. We are not responsible for the shipping prices. Please send an email to questions@greenhillclothes.com before shipping any packages to request your exchange/return.

The exchange process will take 1-3 weeks for orders within the United States.

Shipping

Shipping times vary, but it generally takes 2-6 days for packages shipped to destinations within the United States. For international shipping, expect your package in 1-3 weeks. Packages are delivered through USPS.

When your package is sent out, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This does not apply to small letters.

Green Hill products can only be purchased online at greenhillclothes.com.

Privacy

We collect your shipping address and your email address, but we do not share any customer information with external parties.

Payment

All purchases must be made through PayPal.

International orders can be placed from any country.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, & customs fees.
